We are seeking a professional, presentable, and responsible Reception & Nursing Assistant to support front-office operations while providing basic health and first-aid assistance within a corporate office environment in Qatar. This role is strictly office-based and does not involve clinical or hospital duties. Key Responsibilities Reception & Office Administration • Receive and assist visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner • Manage incoming calls, emails, and maintain accurate visitor log records • Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedules, and appointments • Provide general administrative and clerical support • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and management when required • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times Health & First-Aid Support (Office-Based) • Provide basic first-aid and immediate assistance to employees when required • Monitor and record basic vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) when necessary • Maintain and regularly check first-aid kits and office medical supplies • Support workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives • Coordinate with nearby clinics or emergency services when required
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Assistance • Valid nursing certificate/license (QCHP / MoPH preferred, not mandatory for office-based roles) • Previous experience in reception or office administration is an added advantage • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Presentable, calm, and professional demeanor • Experience working in a corporate or administrative environment in Qatar / GCC preferred • Familiarity with basic workplace health & safety practices • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion • Proficiency in MS Office applications
